Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a wellness treatment that involves breathing oxygen in a pressurized environment. Room air contains 21% oxygen, while hyperbaric oxygen therapy provides you with air that contains 100% oxygen. During a session, individuals relax inside a specially designed hyperbaric chamber, where increased air pressure allows the body to absorb higher levels of oxygen to support circulation, recovery, and overall wellness.

What to Expect
-
First, a Client Service Specialist will review your intake form and make sure you are comfortable and ready for your session.
-
You will remove any shoes and metal jewelry and get comfortable inside the chamber. You may remain fully clothed during your session.
-
Once you are comfortably settled inside, the chamber will gradually pressurize. You may notice a feeling of fullness or pressure in your ears, similar to being on an airplane.
-
Your Client Service Specialist will show you how to equalize the pressure in your ears and will be available throughout your session.
-
Once the chamber reaches the appropriate pressure, you can sit back, relax, listen to music, watch something, or simply enjoy some quiet time.
-
Your session will typically last 60 minutes. The chamber will gradually decompress at the end of your session.
-
Once the chamber has fully depressurized, you will exit the chamber and your session is complete!
